DIY: Enamel Dots

I found enamel dots being so trendy right now! They make such a pretty and easy embellishment to use in cards, LO or any crafts! Unfortunatly I couldn't get any in my country so I figure it out a way to make my owns
Veo cada vez más que se usan los enamel dots para todo! Me encantan como embellishment porque va bien con todo, pero desafortunadamente no lo venden acá en Argentina, así que se me ocurrió una idea para hacerlos uno mismo!

I used a glue gun and made this little glue dots, it took a bit of practice until you get the perfect dot...
Use una pistola de pegamento para hacer las bolitas, al principio no salen tan redondas pero después con un poco de práctica van saliendo

Then you just need to paint the back using any acrylic paint

Y después con acrílico pinté la parte de atrás

Let it dry and you are done! look how pretty they look :)

Las dejas secar y quedan perfectas!

What I'm lovin - Camera Strap

Lately I had seen a lot of pretty camera straps, but I was always doubting about it... when it comes to holding the camera it better be a good strap to hold it safe... But last year I won a challenge and they gave me to choose one iMo Camera Strap!

Últimamente he visto un montón de cintas para camaras super lindas! Pero siempre estuve dudando sobre esto, porque cuando se trata de la cinta que sostiene la cámara, mejor que sea una buena... Pero el año pasado gané un concurso y como premio me dieron a elegir una cinta de iMo!

I was amaze with the good quality of it! and the pretty design!
Me sorprendió bastante la buena calidad de esta! Tiene muy buena terminación y el diseño es super lindo!

What I love the post is that once you attached to your camera it has like a little clasp where you can change the strap without changing all! (By the way, turquoise has become my favorite color!)
Lo que más me gusta que la parte que va atada a la cámara tiene como un ganchito donde podes intercambiar cintas sin cambiar esta parte. Por cierto, el turquesa se ha convertido en mi color favorito!

Snail Mail January/ Febraury

Este año al igual que el año pasado estoy en un grupo de Snail Mail! Pueden chequear el blog oficial acá! A diferencia del año pasado, este año cada mes lo hacemos alrededor de un tema, Enero fue "Nuevos comienzos" y en Febrero se podía elergir entre San Valentín o carnaval

This year, as well as last year I'm in a Snail Mail group, you can check our blog here. This time we decided to make each month tematic, so in January the theme was "New begginings" and in Febraury we could choose between "Valentine" and "Carnival"

Para febrero elegí San valentín, imprimí una printable card, bordé una tag a mano, hice un coranzoncito de origami y junte algunas lentejuelas en una sobre de papel vegetal :)

For febraury I choosed "Valentine", I print a printable card, I embroidered a tag, made a origami heart and put some of my favorites sequins in a tiny envelope!

Y para la carta de Enero que era nuevos comienzos, hice una tarjeta con glitter (después voy a publicar el tutorial!) una pulserita, y una girnalda de corazones :)

And for January, I made a glitter card (I will post the tutorial soon!), a bracelet and a hear paper garland!

Knitted Bunny from a square

I knit something.

No, is not a scarf!

But is I-only-make-scraf-person friendly!

Because.... this little bunny is made out of a square!!

I saw the tutorial on Pinterest and I though it was genious!!
Tejí algo.
No, no es una bufanda!
Pero es para el tipo de personas que solo tejen bufandas :) porque este pequeño conejito aunque no lo crean esta hecho de un cuadrado!
Ví el tutorial en Pinterest y la idea me pareció brillante!

You will need: some whool, wadding, and a knitted square.
Para hacerlo van a necesitar: lana, un cuadrado tejido, bellon/guata, una aguja para lana y 2 mostacillas negras para los ojos

Once you knitted the square, with a needle pass a piece of wool like the picture show, and then pull from in it, and add the wadding.
Una vez que hayan tejido el cuadrado, pasen la aguja con la lana como indica el dibujo, y cuando ya la hayan pasado todo, tiren de la punta y antes de que se cierre por completo rellenenlo con el bellón.

Then stuff the body, and close it with the needle and some wool. Finally make a pompom for the tail , I used a pompom maker but you can make as you want...
Ahora hay que rellenar lo que sería el cuerpo del conejito; luego de esto lo van cerrando con la aguja y la lana. Para terminar, hagan un pompom para la cola, yo lo hice con este aparatito para hacer pompones, pero lo pueden hacer con el cartoncito o como sepan hacerlo...

Add to black beads for the eyes, and you are done!!

Le agregan los ojos y siquieren la nariz, y estan hechos!!

I can post like ten more photo of this bunny, it is so photogenic!! Perfect to make a nice handmade gift to kids or to make some to donate to charity becuase the costs are really low, and is really fast to make!

Es super facil y rápido; y creo que haría un regalo super tierno para algun niño! (o adulto?...)
